Richard Price is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He spent seven years at the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Manager. Before changing careers to homebuilding, Richard had worked in production homebuilding as well as custom homebuilding prior to starting his own company in 1995. He is very active in the Greater Houston Builders Association having served on its Board of Directors and as president of its 400 member Custom Builders Council. He is also a founding member and manager of CB/USA-Houston, a purchasing co-op made up of 25 of Houston’s most respected custom builders. The co-op uses the buying power of its members as a group to obtain better prices from vendors than its members could get individually. Richard lives in Bellaire with his wife, Nina, and two daughters, Taylor and Ashley.
